The log has those errors
'QUASHFS error: zlib decompression failed, data probably corrupt'

It looks like a corrupted image/media, could you check the md5 of your
image and maybe try with another device?

Title:
Second crash of Ubuntu install side-by-side with Linux Mint 19.1

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
My initial USB drive had been configured for MBR and I was installing
side-by-side with a GPT installation of Linux Mint 19.1. Thinking
that may have been the reason for the crash, I recreated my USB drive
with GPT from the 18.04.2 ISO. The failure occurred in the same place
during the installation: right after I input the credential
information and the installation process began.
