Problem still present in 8.3.0-4ubuntu1. (If that's indeed the issue, I
don't really know how to revert to 8.3.0-2ubuntu2 to make sure.
Grateful if somebody tells me!)

Title:
GCC 8.3.0-3ubuntu1 does not compile valid code
Status in gcc-8 package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
The attached Dockerfile reproduces the issue when compiling with 19.04
and GCC 8.3.0-3ubuntu1. It used to work with GCC 8.3.0-2ubuntu2.
Since both stock GCC 8.3 as well as GCC trunk compile the
(preprocessed) file, there seems to be something amiss with the new
Ubuntu GCC.
The contents of the problematic translation unit are simply:
#include <gtest/gtest.h>
#include<boost/iterator/iterator_facade.hpp>
