  Each reboot requires nano /etc/resolv.conf

Bug description:
  Each time I reboot after the upgrade from 16 to 18.04 I have to enter
  the following

  sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf

  Comment out the existing line

  then add..

  nameserver 8.8.8.8
  nameserver 192.159.10.2

  restart network-manager
