Bug description:
  u-boot-rpi_2016.03+dfsg1-6ubuntu2 (armhf) loads the boot.scr to
  0x02000000 but the bootscr.rpi3 also expects the FDT to be at this
  address.

  Changing the bootscr.rpi3 (and /boot/firmware/config.txt) to have the
  FDT at 0x02008000 and running flash-kernel afterwards makes the
  Raspberry boot again.
