So not sure if the error message is correct or enough clear. Indeed my
PC rebooted without problem because the new kernel 4.15 is signed. Only
some old kernels from 16.04 (4.4) was not signed and upgrade from 16.04
to 18.04 did not remove these obsolete kernels. I removed all 4.4
kernels after reboot without subsequent problem.
