3) What you expected to happen
I walked away from the laptop. The laptop went into sleep mode or
equivalent.
4)what should happen is when i move the mouse or type a key or quickly
press the power button, the machine should come out of sleep mode. It
does not.
I have to hard reboot the machine :(
