Follow this step 
Press Win-r. In the "Open:" field, type msconfig and press Enter.
Click the Startup tab.
Uncheck the items you do not want to launch on startup. Note: ...
When you have finished making your selections, click OK.
In the box that appears, click Restart to restart your computer.

Bug description:
  Booting the Kubuntu  Daily Build 16.04, the boot stops showing the
  Desktop Folder with an Icon to Install Kubuntu 16.04 LTS.

  Formerly, the boot of the ISO would bring you to a screen that gave the Options to Try Kubuntu or Install Kubuntu.
  This screen was consistent with all of the other Ubuntu Distributions.
