Oh, unless budgie is using some different tool for the update, I'm not
too sure about that part, if so, it'd probably explain why we didn't get
much more report of this.

Bug description:
LXD package presented a graphical dialogue to select the release
channel during system upgrade from 18.04 to 18.10. Unfortunately, said
dialogue did not react to mouse clicks nor key combinations, so I had
to switch to another tty and kill it from there
