  CONFIG_DRM_BOCHS got disabled for
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kmod/+bug/1378648

  but doing so regressed running qemu with the 'std' VGA driver, where
  it'd fail to start X after install, as mentioned on bug 1794280
