refers to that you are confirming, and what kind of bug you are trying
to report. Marking the bug as Incomplete until you have provided further
information.

Note that this is a bug tracker, not a forum or a support channel. It
sounds to me like you have more of a question than a bug report - those
are a better fit places like askubuntu.com, ubuntuforums.org, or in IRC
#ubuntu on irc.freenode.net.
