  KDE front-end crashes on start up - ubiqity-dm and live session

  Kubuntu live iso: 20181128

  Crash occurs in ubiquity-dm, where a dialog reports an unecoverable
  error, and that a live session will be started.

  Started ubiqity in the live session shows a segfault.
