Bug description:
  'proposed' is enabled by default on bionic server-live amd64 daily
  images via /etc/apt/sources.list.d/proposed.list. This is unexpected.

  These images were downloaded at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/bionic/daily-live/current/bionic-live-server-amd64.iso
  I tested two copies:
  Nov 12, 2018, sha256sum af59b87edf6ef02d230d94b87312c0255dead3bda399588cba44d83a0bda1180
  Nov 14, 2018, sha256sum 403059a8fd19da81b1561970f859cf92aa74950ed91a809ae27d89cb4df3379e
  (Attached logs, if any, refer to the latter.)
