Title:
  Static IP address validation bug

Status in subiquity:
  New
Status in subiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Ubuntu Server 18.04.1 LTS

There appears to be a validation bug when entering a static IP address
during the installation of Ubuntu Server. This bug presents itself
when there is no DHCP server present on the network.

See the attached screenshot. The mentioned IP address is contained in
the subnet, although the validation error appears. None of the
combinations I tried seemed to function, so this might be a regression
  error.

Please conduct some test scenarios to this section of the installer.

These errors prevent the installation to continue.
