[Bug 1803175] [NEW] Tried to upgrade to 18.10 from 18.04 and it failed. I don't know why.

I'm a fairly new user to Linux. First i had a symlink error concerning
python3. I fixed that. Then i tried to upgrade again and i just dnot
know what the error is right now but its not installing.
