Title:
  oversize window

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
During upgrade to 1804lts from 1710 I was presented with a window
stating x packages to be removed y to be upgraded and z to be added. I
wanted to see the details of this statement so I clicked details and
the window grew larger than my screen so the yes and cancel buttons
were below the screen. The window is not resizeable and cannot be
snapped full or half sized by dragging it to the top or sides of the
screen. My only option was to press tab enter tab enter... until I had
accepted yes or cancel whichever came first. It happened to be yes. I
cannot duplicate the squawk as I have already upgraded now.
