This has regressed, somehow boost1.62 got autosynced back into disco.
Please remove and blacklist?!

  does not support boost1.65+
  does not support llvm-toolchain-6.0
  test suite failures
  needs upgrade to new upstream snapshot
  needs updating to build with python3
  removed from testing

  blocking boost1.62->boost1.65/1.67 transitions
  blocking removal of boost1.62

  please remove src:ycmd and all binaries from cosmic and thus
  please remove src:boost1.62
