Bug description:
[Impact]
All Ubuntu users.
[Test case]
1) Look at the netplan manpage:
man netplan
2) Verify that the route 'type' parameter no longer shows the typo of
"prohibited", code accepts only "prohibit" as a value.
[Regression potential]
None. This only affects the manpage, where a typo has been fixed.

The docs are wrong and misleading here, and you'd only find out the
correct thing by guessing or reading the code.
