  Inconsistent behaviour when resizing details window

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  When resizing the details window during software download (not during
  actual update when a terminal-like window is displayed), the inner
  list of software being downloaded only resizes horizontally leaving an
  empty space below the list.

  It should obviously resize both ways.
