An upload of livecd-rootfs to xenial-proposed has been rejected from the
upload queue for the following reason: "This upload supercedes the
previous livecd-rootfs upload in the queue but doesn't include the bug
that previous upload fixed in Launchpad-Bugs-Fixed.".
