Installing ubuntu-18.04-desktop-amd64.iso on Virtualbox, with automated patitioning:
- Erase disk and install Ubuntu
- Use LVM with the new Ubuntu installation
- No encryption

After prompting to removing the cd media and rebooting, it doesn't boot:
WARNING: Failed to connect to lvmetad. Falling back to device scanning.
