Finally I resolved this problem using boot-repair.
These above error disappeared (E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) ) but still loks like installation is incomplete. Any application using Qt5 have does't start*, although I had installed Qt like this: sudo apt-get install qt5-*
* Eg:
qtractor: error while loading shared libraries: libQt5Widgets.so.5:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This disk is quite new, so I dont think that this is error #1059827
The same happen previously, when I was trying to install grub on default location.
