  bash completion for files and directories after an initial command

Status in bash-completion package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  On 16.04 the bash completion will work for directories and filenames
  when typing the command "ssh-keygen -lf /etc/<tab>". This does not
  work in 18.04.
