Risolto con la release 18.04 a 32 bit trovata qui:

  Problema con l'installazione di GRUB !!

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ho la 17.10, l'installazione alla 18.04 mi da problemi con GRUB.
  Non si riesce ad installare.
  Ora non parte più il pc neanche con windows 10

  Non so cosa fare
