This error dialog box appeared twice - first, when Apport was collecting
information and second right after I pressed Yes on the first one.

  When reporting a bug against SDDM (ubuntu-bug sddm) Apport displayed
  an error dialog box with only "text" message. See the screenshot.

  The error should be more descriptive.
