[Bug 1767703] Re: Calling 'apt-install grub-efi-amd64-signed' failed

I was trying to install ubuntu 18.04.14 on a surface pro 4 and using all
the disk for installation when it failed. I've tried to install it while
formatting the whole disk and I've not yet tried to install it along
side windows. I will see what goes on while doing that.
