Bug description:
  Received this error message while replacing 16.04 by 18.04 in a dual boot with W7:-
  The 'grub-efi-amd04-signed' package failed to install into /target.
  Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot.
  Computer will now only boot from a live CD.
