Public bug reported:
After installing cryptsetup it was not possible to encrypt an usb-stick
or to open an encrypted usb-stick. In case of encryption (ext4) with
e.g. "gnome-disks" it showed the error:
The function "bd_crypto_luks_open_blob" called, but not implemented!
A solution for this problem was given in
https://debianforum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=166920
The installation of the library
sudo apt-get install libblockdev-crypto2
was the solution. This library is not part of required dependencies of cryptsetup.
