[Bug 1756683] [NEW] Since upgrading to Bionic, software-properties does not list any additional drivers

Public bug reported:

Before the upgrade (I was on 17.10):

- software-properties-gtk listed an intel driver and intel microcode

After the upgrade (I am on 18.04 now):

- software-properties-gtk does not list any driver at all nor any
microcode

My hardware did not change at all I am still using an intel core i7 7th
gen with a 9th gen GPU (learned that from a different bug :) )
