This is unrelated to your xgterm problem, except that installing new
packages fails because you have a package in an inconsistent state.

Is your EFI System Partition not mounted at /boot/efi?  If not, why not?

Bug description:
  while opening xgterm i get an error:

  xgterm: error while loading shared libraries: libXmu.so.6: cannot open
  shared object file: No such file or directory

  I tried installing

  sudo apt-get install libxmu-dev

  and i got this error.
