i am trying to install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (dual booting with windows 7), the installer crashes when it starts installing grub2, it displays the following massage:
the 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into /target/. Without the GRUB boot loader, the installation system will not boot.
