[Bug 1776584] [NEW] package javascript-common (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Public bug reported:

I don't know it's a bug or something, but when i update every single
package. This command below always showed. I find the way to fix it and
i found it in Ubuntu forum. It's said to uninstall this and i already
did. Is that have an effect to my update ?
