[Bug 1775836] [NEW] 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' (almost*) always fails. I only experience this with Budgie 18.04 installer, but have had success mounting an additional logical /boot partition in the past. will try again..

'grub-efi-amd64-signed'  (almost*) always fails. I only experience this with Budgie 18.04 iso installer - other bionic install images work fine. I have had success in the past; I believe by making a logical /boot partition as fix in the past.  will try again..
.. also, I apologize if this hasn't been in a desirable format, I'm a bit newbish.  Thank you for a wonderful distro.
