Após formatar o HD, tentei fazer a instalação do Ubuntu 18.04 LTS amd64
e, ao instalar GRUB apresentou este erro. A mensagem completa é: "O
Pacote 'grub-efi-amd-signed' falhou em instalar-se dentro de / target/.
Sem o carregador de inicialização GRUB o sisema não inicializará."
