Bug description:
  cyphermox tested that grub2_2.02-2ubuntu13's reloc patch to grub-
  mkimage do generate a bootable image on UEFI.

  Needs a smoke-test to make sure we also have working legacy boot
  (grub-pc) images generated from grub-mkimage.
