Bug description:
  I was trying to install Ubuntu OS on my Lenovo computer from my
  bootable USB driver. It was installing find until a message came out
  saying: "the 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into
  /target/. Without the GRUB Boot Loader, the installed system will not
  boot."
