  apport-collect is still requesting python-apport installation

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress
Status in apport source package in Bionic:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  apport-collect should now run via python3-apport package, as python2.7
  is now gone on bionic. But that fail and show:

   apport-collect 1729877
  You need to run 'sudo apt-get install python-apport' for apport-collect to work.

  this is not expected now.
