  Can't deactivate repositories using checkbox

Status in software-properties package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In software-properties I can't deactivate repositories using checkbox.
  If I try to disable repo, checkbox dimmed and nothing happens.

  1) Ubuntu 17.10
  2) software-properties-gtk 0.96.24.17
  3) Repositories deactivated (checkbox not activated)
  4) checkbox dimmed and nothing happens. Checkbox still activated
