Thanks hjd, I see that now every architecture is available (except
powerpc, but I believe support got dropped there). What'd be the next
steps for it to enter bionic proper?

  GnuPG 2.1.15 was released in August 2016:

  The current version is 2.2.4, released December 2017 and which
  includes important new functionality.

  Can we get this packaged up in time for Bionic's public release?
