Bug description:
  i had problems to upgrade system and programs for this bug (with a red
  circle error near wifi icon). Then i think to have solved with these
  three commands : " sudo apt- get update ", " sudo apt-get upgrade " ,
  " sudo apt-get install -f ", and the error disappeared. Then i put the
  command : apt-get autoremove, and while removing the system gave me
  again this error messsage and the possibility to send it to you (but I
  still don't have anymore the red circle error on the up-right corner,
  and the system and programs upgrade works).

  I'm on Ubuntu studio 17.04
