Title:
  Reset Ubuntu to Factory Defaults

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in ubuntu-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Ubuntu users can really benefit from an easy GUI app built-into Ubuntu
that allows the user to reset the OS to factory defaults and/or wipe
the entire device, similar to the built-in Recovery options Microsoft
  offers users in Windows 10.

There's already an app in development that works with Ubuntu called
'Resetter.' Maybe this or something like it can be implemented into
  the next release?
