Bug description:
  (Annoying that I can't cut'n'paste error log off 'installer crashed'
  box) - and how do I find the error log files syslog & partman on a
  live CD install?

  Error line in installer crashed box reads:
  File "usr/lib/ubiquity/ubiquity/frontend/gtkui.py", line 628 in progress loop raise runtime error, (install failed with exit code %s\n%s"%
  Runtime error - install failed with exit code 1
