Title:
  update manager kde is marked on black list for removal

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I`m want to update from 10.4 tls (LUCID ) to 12.04 lts ( as
  recommended on updatemanager )

  But he can not get the update because "udate manager kde is marked on
  black list for removal" ( in Dutch )

  i could have more reasons ( what update manager says ):

  Update to pre-release version of Ubuntu
  Use of current pre-release version of Ubuntu
  Un-official software packets not from Ubuntu

  I don`t know what this al means but i seem to have a legit version.
  And i really want to have a update..been to long ago
