Bug description:
  Attempting to perform an ltsp server install on powerpc fails because
  ltsp packages are not seeded on powerpc.

  Either we seed the packages, or remove the ltsp-server option from
  powerpc images. I am enclined to do the latter, as the images are
  somewhat tight for space.
