Hi!

Some users at the Linux Mint forums have that problem because of HP
Printer drivers downloaded directly from HP.
(https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=273104&start=40)

Please open the terminal and run this command:

    sudo rm /usr/share/python3/runtime.d/hplip-data.rtupdate

Then try the update again.
