[Bug 1807481] [NEW] Unable to enable/disable a repository in Software and Updates GUI

When I click the checkbox to enable/disable a repository nothing
happens. On 16.04 I was able to enable/disable repository in GUI, now I
can't.

I expect to enable/disable repository in GUI
Nothing happens when I click the check box.
