  /usr/lib/update-notifier/package-data-downloader fails permanently

Bug description:
  `/usr/lib/update-notifier/package-data-downloader` of package `ttf-
  mscorefonts-installer` which is automatically invoked as additional
  data download after ever boot fails because of inexisting or obsolete
  download URLs. A manual invokation of `sudo /usr/lib/update-notifier
  /package-data-downloader` reveals
