[Bug 1806204] [NEW] Minimal Installation leaves orphaned libraries (unused dependencies) installed on the system

Public bug reported:

Steps:

1. Choose Minimal Installation while installing Ubuntu
2. Install deborphan (sudo apt install deborphan)
3. Use deborphan to search for orphaned libraries (which are unused dependencies)
4. You will find many orphaned libraries installed on your system

I guess what happens is that ubiquity removes software without removing
their dependencies. For example, some of the unused dependencies are for
Totem and Remmina, which are not installed.

That defeats the purpose of a minimal installation if all the
dependencies are still installed.
