  Fix Released

Bug description:
  intel-processor-trace: new dependency of gdb, library to support
  processor trace decoding on intel processors. The only user is gdb,

  Standard library package, only used in one development package.  Now
  runs the tests during the build.

  Foundations-Bugs is subscribed.

  No known issues in Debian and Ubuntu.
