after upgrade chrome browser causes hard crash,  printers stopped
working , all my data in the backup directory I can see but cannot copy
or use, no permission even when I use terminal as root,

firefox is working, but no printers, and none of my previous work is
available, and all my data and photos are blocked from my access,
