[Bug 1767977] [NEW] Grub failed to install

Public bug reported:

Unable to install grub alogside Windows.
I had same issue with Ubuntu 16.04 but resolved by fixing Windows partition using the following command:
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /rebuildbcd

The above commands ran successfully.
